Role: MBA Real Estate Marketing Executive (Fresher )
Company: KavinTech Corporation
**Salary**: 30,000 -35, 000 INR/Month ( Inclusive with travel allowance )
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Working Days: Mon - Sat
Working Timings: (09.00 Am -06.00pm)
Experience: 0.6 - 1 Years

- **Market Research**:
- Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer preferences to determine marketing strategies.
- **Marketing Strategy & Campaigns**:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for real estate projects.
- Plan and execute online and offline promotional campaigns to generate leads.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams for SEO, social media, and online advertising.
- **Lead Generation & Sales Support**:
- Generate leads through various marketing activities like events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide property solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Content Creation & Branding**:
- Coordinate with the design team for branding materials.
- **Event Management**:
- Help organize and participate in real estate exhibitions, open houses, and site visits.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Maintain records of marketing activities and sales performance.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve marketing effectiveness.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- MBA in Marketing or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passionate about real estate and client-focused.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, sales, or real estate is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends is advantageous.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
