**Job Description: Business Development Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients in Australia to expand our customer base.

Proactively approach and engage with prospects to promote our services.
- Fixing Appointments: Calling and booking appointments with the inbound & outbound leads, understanding their needs & qualifying them for potential services. Responding to the leads promptly & effectively.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with international clients. Understand their unique service needs and book appointment date & time with them
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales manager to align sales strategies with service enhancements and marketing campaigns.
- Sales Reporting: To send regular sales reports providing insights to the management team on daily performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven success in sales.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with result oriented mindset is preferred.
- Self motivated, proactive and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong exposure to international clients, with excellent communication skills in American, Canadian, British, or Australian English accents.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales appointments target, with a record of successful revenue generation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain fruitful client relationships.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
