We are looking for a **Front Office Executive** who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk of our establishment. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Experience in the hotel or resort industry is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about the hotel or resort’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
- **Customer Support**: Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of guest information, check-in/check-out times, and payments. Assist with processing payments and handling cash or credit transactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure smooth operation and excellent guest service.
- **Maintain Cleanliness and Organization**: Ensure that the front desk area is tidy, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
- **Safety and Security**: Follow hotel security procedures and ensure the safety of guests and staff.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma in hotel management or hospitality is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and office tools (e.g., MS Office, reservation systems).
- Knowledge of local attractions and the hospitality industry is a plus.
- **Personality**: A professional and approachable demeanor with a passion for working with people.
- **Location**: Based in or willing to relocate to **Kollam, Kerala**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a **hotel or resort** setting.
- Familiarity with front office operations, check-in/check-out processes, and guest management systems.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
