1. Receive and handle online home healthcare services queries from patients and their families.

2. Attend calls and proficiently understand the clinical requirements of customers at their homes.

3. Guide customers through the process of home healthcare nursing and other at-home clinical services categories.

4. Explain the onboarding process of services to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.

5. Build rapport with existing patients and their families over calls, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their concerns.

6. Actively listen to patients' problems and concerns, offering appropriate solutions and support.

7. Utilize problem-solving skills to address patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is essential.

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and their families.

5. Empathetic and compassionate demeanour.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer solutions.

8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

10. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
