**Vmedica is a dynamic and patient-centered healthcare facility seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team.**
**Job Summary**:
**As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a smooth patient experience.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**
**1. Greet patients, verify demographics, and update records.**
**2. Manage patient flow, reduce wait times, and communicate delays.**
**3. Answer patient inquiries, provide directions, and resolve concerns.**
**Administrative Tasks**
**1. Schedule appointments & procedures.**
**2. Manage patient records, files, and databases.**
**3. Process patient payments.**
**4. Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics.**
**5. Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and handle correspondence.**
**Operations**
**1. Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes.**
**2. Coordinate with healthcare professionals, staff, and external parties.**
**3. Maintain clinic supplies, inventory, and equipment.**
**4. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.**
**Additional Responsibilities**
**1. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.**
**2. Assist with data entry, scanning, and filing.**
**3. Provide support for special projects and events.**
**Requirements**:
**1. Graduation or equivalent required.**
**2. 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or reception setting.**
**3. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.**
**4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks.**
**5. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems (PMS).**
**Preferred Qualifications**:
**1. Medical terminology knowledge.**
**2. Excellent communication skills.**
