**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives for products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients and industry leaders.
- Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and conferences to build industry connections.
- Draft client proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the [specific industry].
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
