**Position Details**:
**Job Role: QA Officer**

**Experience Required : 2-3 Years**

**Location : Baroda, Gujarat**

**Qualifications**: B.Pharm/M.Pharm

The QA Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring the organization’s quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards. The QA Officer works closely with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce quality protocols, conduct internal audits, and support continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Quality Management Systems (QMS)**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QMS, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and quality manuals.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., GMP, ISO, FDA, etc.).
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation templates, forms, and records to support quality assurance activities.

**2*. **Document Control and Review*:

- Manage document control systems, ensuring all quality-related documents are updated, accessible, and securely stored.
- Review production and quality control documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

**3. Internal Audits and Compliance**:

- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory standards.
- Identify non-conformances, deviations, and areas of improvement; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate and support external audits by regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and clients.

**4. Deviation and CAPA Management**:

- Investigate and document quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
- Initiate and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address root causes and implement improvements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of CAPA activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**5. Training and Education**:

- Provide training to employees on quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure staff is up-to-date with compliance guidelines and quality best practices.
- Create and maintain training records, ensuring all staff are qualified for their roles.

**6. Change Control and Validation**:

- Manage and monitor change control processes, ensuring that any modifications to processes, equipment, or systems are evaluated for potential quality impact.
- Participate in validation activities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for new and existing products or equipment.

**7. Risk Management and Continuous Improvement**:

- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes and procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Pharm/M.Pharm

**Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
