Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional? Softcon Business Solutions is looking for a **Sales Executive** to expand our business operations in Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. If you're passionate about sales, have great communication skills, and are ready to drive growth for our ERP solutions, we want to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Engagement**: Identify client needs and explain how SOFTCON ERP solutions can solve their business challenges.
- **Lead Generation**: Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate sales leads.
- **Product Demonstration**: Present product features and value propositions to potential clients.
- **Sales Execution**: Build and maintain strong relationships, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify sales opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with management to refine sales strategies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Telugu; proficiency in local languages is preferred.
- Work with the sales incharge of Visakhapatnam to make sales.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- 0-1 years of experience in ERP or software sales.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Business, or Communications preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- **Good communication skills is a must.**

**Salary**:
Base pay: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
+ Allowances
+ Sales Incentives extra - Subjective to performance
