**Job description**
Job Title: Key Accounts Executive
Location: Council of Education and Development Programmes (CEDP)
**Salary**: As per company norms
**Job Type**: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2-5 Years
**Responsibilities**:
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize account growth and achieve sales targets.
Regularly monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and take proactive measures to enhance client engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and progress against targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in key account management or a related role.
Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,529.28 - ₹50,657.94 per month
