Bengaluru Karnataka, India KLAY Center for Child development and Care Full time

Responsible for all office-admin activities.
- Attending calls, file management, Petty cash, Handling fee collection, visitor management, general eEnquiry etc.
- Maintaining facilities in-order and inculcating good manners with admin staff and values
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the on-boarding process.
- Office-Canteen Administration & taking care of the office hygiene.
- Regular coordination with the housekeepers / helpers.
- Coordinate and support special projects and events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination of materials.
- Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and systems. Managing the administration Budget.
