Social Connect India is a dynamic and innovative marketing company specializing in digital marketing strategies and branding solutions for a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape impactful visual narratives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Review and organize raw footage**: Manage and sort video clips, selecting the best takes for storytelling.
- **Edit video content**: Trim, cut, and arrange footage to create engaging narratives, maintaining continuity and flow.
- **Collaborate with stakeholders**: Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to meet creative objectives and ensure alignment with the project’s vision.
- **Enhance video with effects**: Add transitions, titles, sound, music, and visual effects to improve the final output.
- **Color correction and grading**: Ensure a consistent and appealing visual style, adjusting brightness, contrast, and color tones as needed.
- **Sound editing**: Synchronize audio tracks, add sound effects, and ensure overall audio quality.
- **Export final cuts**: Render and export the final versions of videos in the required formats and resolutions, optimized for different platforms (social media, TV, websites, etc.).
- **Maintain project files**: Organize project assets and ensure all files are stored efficiently for easy access.
- **Meet deadlines**: Manage editing schedules and ensure timely delivery of video projects, often working under tight deadlines.
- **Stay updated on trends**: Research and incorporate new editing techniques, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Proficiency in video editing software**: Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, or similar tools.
- **Strong understanding of storytelling**: Ability to craft a compelling narrative and maintain pacing, tone, and style through video.
- **Attention to detail**: Keen eye for continuity, visual flow, and technical accuracy.
- **Knowledge of visual and sound effects**: Familiar with VFX and sound design techniques to enhance video quality.
- **Ability to work under pressure**: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects at once.
- **Excellent communication skills**: Ability to collaborate effectively with the production team and incorporate feedback.
- **Creativity**: A strong sense of creativity to bring innovative ideas to life.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Degree in film, media, or related field** (preferred but not required).
- **Experience in motion graphics and animation** is a plus.
- **Knowledge of social media platforms**: Understanding of platform-specific video formats, trends, and audience preferences (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- **Portfolio of previous work** demonstrating editing capabilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
