**Roles and Responsibilities**
Trainer cum Quality Analyst
REQUIREMENT:
Preferred Languages Good English with Hindi
Designation: Trainer
Shift Timings: Day Shift
Need to train them about the product.
Managing all training delivery through digital platforms for new hires and existing staff.
Excellent training delivery for huge range of audience starting from front line to vertical heads.
Randomly audit required number of calls on daily basis.
Providing timely and accurate feedback to callers for improvement areas.
Take corrective actions by doing data analysis to improve process efficiency.
Work upon the action plans to improve Quality scores.
Excellent Communication Skills Multilingual are added advantage.
Immediate Joiners Preferable.
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
