1. MIS & Daily reporting systems
2. Store inventory (Canteen, Maintenance, HK, Stationary, Box)
3. Stock indent (Canteen, Maintenance, HK, Stationary, Box)
4. Maintain & update admin related registers and files
5. Attend Guest & Visitor managements
6. Movie schedule updates, TV Slides, Trailers, Movie banners, Posters, Standee etc publicity management
7. Housekeeping Checklist and general cleaning work schedules
8. Pest control, Deep cleaning, Hygiene & quality check
9. Building maintenance & fault solutions
10. AMC service visit records & preventive maintenance services
11. Closing procedures and canteen physical stock inventory
12. Petty cash and voucher management
13. Digital payment records & Banking managements
14. Check Security desk register entries regularly as well as all other department wise registers too
15. Staff attendance, leaves, break IN/Out gate pass managements
16. CCTV monitoring and surveillance
17. Staff database and records
18. Handle Phone calls at admin office
19. Cinemas Floor management, Handle customer service feedback and
Queries, making necessary arrangements for customers as per the cinemas
Norms.
20. Reporting to GM & HO team at Head office once in a week.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
