Office Administrator/accounts Assistant

Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate records of income and expenses, and ensuring that financial data is up-to-date.
- Accounts payable and receivable: Managing invoices, processing payments, and following up on outstanding payments from clients or customers.
- Payroll processing: Calculating employee salaries, taxes, and other deductions, and ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and on time..
- **General Duties**:
- Liaising with external stakeholders: Communicating with vendors, clients, and other external parties as necessary to support the smooth operation of the business.
- Data entry and record-keeping: Ensuring that all relevant data is accurately recorded and maintained, both electronically and in hard copy where necessary.
- Compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and financial standards in all financial transactions and reporting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
