Job Summary:*

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Supplier Research Support:*
- Assist in researching potential suppliers based on specified criteria.
- Compile and organize supplier information for evaluation by senior team members.

2. *Administrative Support:*
- Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain calendars for the sourcing team.

3. *Order Processing Assistance:*
- Support the procurement process by processing purchase orders and monitoring delivery schedules.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating replenishment orders as needed.

4. *Communication and Follow-Up:*
- Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, follow up on inquiries, and obtain necessary documentation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and relay information to the sourcing team.

5. *Documentation and Reporting:*
- Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, contracts, and procurement activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and analysis on sourcing metrics and performance indicators.

*Qualifications:*
- Diploma, Graduate or equivalent; additional education in business administration or supply chain management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges in a dynamic environment.

*Additional Information:*

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with mínimal experience seeking to gain valuable experience in sourcing and procurement. While prior experience is not required, a passion for learning and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. Training and mentorship will be provided to support professional development and career growth within the organization.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
