Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Floral Designer with Product Styling** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing custom floral arrangements and styling products for a variety of events, photoshoots, and retail displays. You will work closely with clients and creative teams to ensure floral designs complement and elevate the overall product aesthetic, enhancing brand identity and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Floral Design Creation**: Design and craft custom floral arrangements for events, photoshoots, and product displays.
- **Product Styling**: Style products with flowers and props for marketing campaigns, photoshoots, retail environments, and brand promotions.
- **Collaboration**: Work with photographers, marketing teams, and brand managers to ensure cohesive styling and branding.
- **Sourcing and Procurement**: Source fresh flowers and props to complement product styling and brand aesthetics.
- **Photoshoot Setup**: Arrange floral elements for photoshoots, ensuring they enhance product presentation and align with the creative direction.
- **Retail Display Design**: Create visually captivating floral displays for retail stores, product launches, and trade shows.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with the latest floral and styling trends to ensure fresh, innovative designs.
- **Client Interaction**: Consult with clients to understand their vision and deliver customized floral designs that meet their needs and budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in floral design and product styling.
- Strong creative eye with the ability to incorporate floral elements into various product displays.
- Experience in working with flowers, props, and styling techniques.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in event styling or retail visual merchandising.
- Familiarity with photography and working on set for product shoots.
- A degree or certification in floral design, product styling, or related fields is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
