Position: Admission Coordinators.
ArtKlub, is looking for Admission coordinators at different parts of Bangalore
Experience:Graduate or Masters with a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Art and Sales.
- The person would be responsible for the day to day operations and would report to the director.
- Responsible for coordinating student development, admissions and overall zone operations
- Responsible for existing and new parent relationships
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication expertise
- Must be willing to travel to different societies
- Supervise and allocate the duties to the art facilitators and other resources
- Ensure well-being of students and deliver satisfaction to clients
- Team handling experience is must; Development & Training of reporting team
- Responsible for Monitoring and maintenance of entire premises including hygiene and safety
- Should be a Team player, Good Analytical, Co-ordination and multi-tasking skills
- Responsible for pre admission and post admission process.
- Responsible for recruiting of staff members, as required and keep them well trained.
- Comfortable in organising the events and promotional activities for the institute.
- Should be Patient, Quick learner and Process oriented.
