Urgent Opening for the role of **Office/Inside Sales Representative**.
**About Company**:
Kedia Tubes are Distribution Experts, specialising in Steep Pipes. Since 2003, they have helped more than 2,800 customers in 10 states generate a revenue of over 1,200 crores. They have supplied more than 88,000 tons of steel across 2,500 items belonging to 9 different categories. At any given point of time, they have a Ready-To-Dispatch stock of more than 1,000 tons from their 5 warehouses.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Communicate with existing customers for reordering
- Understanding and promoting company’s different products
- Obtaining balance payments from clients.
- Customer query resolution.
- Visiting clients for maintaining relations **(Once a week)**:
- Evaluate needs of existing customers
- Maintaining client records.
- Attend weekly review meetings
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Should be comfortable with Office-Sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
