5. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging content for promotional materials, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the communications team to produce high-quality marketing collateral.

6. Market Research:

- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and the needs of prospective students and their families.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
