Gastroenterologist

**Amandeep Hospital** in Amritsar is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled **Gastroenterologist** to join our dynamic medical team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive assessments, examinations, and diagnostic tests to identify gastrointestinal disorders and conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with digestive system disorders, including prescribing medications, recommending lifestyle changes, and advising on dietary modifications.
- Conduct endoscopic procedures, such as gastroscopy and colonoscopy, to visualize and diagnose gastrointestinal conditions.
- Interpret test results and imaging studies to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
- Consult and collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care to patients.
- Educate patients and their families about gastrointestinal conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of patients, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and quality standards in all patient interactions and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- DM/DNB in Gastroenterology from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a Gastroenterologist in the state of Punjab or eligible for the same.

**Experience**:

- 0-1 years of post-qualification experience in gastroenterology, but fresh graduates with relevant qualifications will also be considered.
