Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required):

- Experience in maintenance of Kiln / coal mill and raw mill section equipment’s, Belt & screw conveyors, Bag House, Fans, Hydraulic system.
- Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site.
- WCM concepts & implementation at site.
- Improve availability of Kilns.
- To decrease specific power consumption of Kiln / coal mill and raw mill.
- To identify and execute the improvement jobs.
- To adopt standard maintenance practices & improve reliability of equipments.

Spares & maintenance planning for routine, short term & for shut down.
- KRA 1:

- Experience in maintenance of Kiln / coal mill and Raw mill
- KRA 2:
Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site
- KRA 3:
Improve availability of Kiln / coal mill and Raw mill
- KRA 4:
To maintain S&S an RPM expenses well within annual budgeted limit.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Mech. Engg.

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-10 Years
