Kenvue is currently recruiting for Account to Report Technology Product Owner. This position reports to the he Finance Ops Product Group Lead and is based in India, or any other Johnson & Johnson Global Consumer Health location and may have remote work capabilities.

**What will you do**
- In this role, you will own setting the strategic direction for finance technology products focused on architecting SAP S/4 HANA Financials, Account to Report (Blackline) and supporting A2R ecosystem technologies. As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and digital expert in account to report, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and external talent. This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale and high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives across North America, LATAM, ASPAC, and EMEA regions while driving outcomes that matter in our local markets related to account to report products. This role will manage cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Shape the account to report technology vision/roadmap and steering squad(s) in delivering technology product/platform features oriented around the business impact
- As the product and platform owner of the General Ledger (GL), Account Reconciliations, and supporting A2R ecosystem technologies, partner with Finance, IT, and project management to be responsible for the deployment. Build and prioritize the financial system portfolio, capturing the demand from the business.
- Lead design and delivery of SAP S/4 Finance (GL) solutions. This role requires a broad in-depth knowledge of Finance business processes and SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) module, integration with SAP and Non-SAP Systems.
- Lead design and delivery of Blackline Account Reconciliations and supporting A2R ecosystem technologies
- Leading continuous improvements across the account to report and invoice to cash technology product lifecycle while driving engagement with third parties to support the delivery of the squad(s) objectives
- Understanding the latest technology trends in the account to report and invoice to cash field including Blackline Account Reconciliations to inform technology product roadmap
- Driving the selection of solution options in collaboration with business partners
- Prioritizing a backlog, utilizing technical expertise, and understanding of customer needs to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for account to report technology products/platforms
- Working with the business to channel the “voice of the customer” within the account to report product squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing”
- Managing resources for account to report and invoice to cash product squad(s) and onboarding new team members
- Defining and tracking technology OKRs
- Meet SOX and Audit control requirements
- Working closely with business partners and technology team members to establish the business case while supporting communications and end-user outreach necessary
- Working closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery and assessing technology elements prior to user testing
- Owning account to report and invoice to cash technology reporting and performance analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results

Actively participating in all squad ceremonies while leading and optimizing the flow of the value using various tools and reporting cadences

- 5+ years of SAP implementation experience within FICO, S/4 HANA
