**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales activities, including registering inquiries and preparing quotations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on potential leads.
- Process orders accurately and maintain sales records in the SAP system.
- Handle online and telephone queries in a professional manner.
- Communicate with clients regarding any delays or issues.
- Assist in planning travel schedules and organizing promotional events.
- Collaborate with sales team members and other departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of ERP/SAP software is a plus.
- Experience in the Textile Machinery, Packaging, or Automation industry is preferred

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
