As a Tele Sales Agent at Lunad Digital Portal LLC, you will play a crucial role in our sales and client management process. Working remotely from India, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients, updating existing listings, processing new listing requests, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach will be essential in achieving our sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Initiate outbound calls to existing clients to update their listings or action on new listing requests.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through market research and cold calling to generate new listing opportunities.
- **Listing Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and listing requests using our CRM system.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments with clients based on availability and preferences.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support during the sales process, including follow-up calls, sending relevant materials, and facilitating smooth communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous Experience**: Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a remote work environment.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering personalized solutions and building long-term client relationships.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- **Availability**: Flexible to work during standard business hours in the UAE time zone, with occasional flexibility to accommodate client needs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
