Job Title: Sales Executive

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Executive - Call Out Specialist, your main focus will be to engage potential clients provided as leads and conduct outbound calls to present our products or services. Your goal is to create interest, address inquiries, and schedule further discussions or appointments with the qualified prospects for our sales team. Your excellent communication skills and tenacity will be vital in generating interest and nurturing leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients based on leads provided by the company.
2. Lead Nurturing: Engage potential clients over the phone to introduce our products or services, and build rapport to generate interest.
3. Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings during the phone calls to capture the attention of potential clients.
4. Qualification: Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to determine if they meet the criteria as qualified leads for further sales engagement.
5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or follow-up discussions for qualified leads with our sales team or account executives.
6. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of communication with potential clients in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on call outcomes, lead quality, and customer insights to improve the overall lead generation process.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to align efforts and ensure a consistent approach in engaging potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Persistence and ability to handle objections to keep the conversation moving forward.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize a high volume of leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software or lead management systems is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve call targets and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
