**Invoicing**: Generate and distribute accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

**Billing Process Management**: Oversee the entire billing process, from invoice creation to payment receipt, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout.

**Payment Reconciliation**: Reconcile payments received with invoices issued, identify discrepancies, and resolve any billing errors or disputes promptly.

**Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and billing activities

**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and accounts, to address billing-related issues and support overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data input and reporting.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of billing and accounts receivable management.

**Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills and Ability**:
Working knowledge of Tally for Billing
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
Good Communication Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
