The Junior Chef specializing in salad preparation will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in creating fresh, creative, and high-quality salads. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for healthy cuisine, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Salad Preparation**:
- Prepare a variety of fresh salads according to menu specifications, including mixing, seasoning, and garnishing.
- Ensure consistency in portion sizes, presentation, and taste.
- Follow established recipes and suggest creative improvements.
- **Ingredient Handling**:
- Wash, chop, slice, and store ingredients like vegetables, fruits, herbs, and proteins.
- Monitor inventory for salad ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability.
- **Kitchen Support**:
- Collaborate with senior chefs to ensure timely preparation of salads during service hours.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure salads are prepared to the highest standards in presentation, freshness, and taste.
- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and report any issues to senior kitchen staff.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
