BOI Media & Entertainment is looking forward to hire an experienced person into **International MICE Contracting for our MICE Division.**

**Work Location: Andheri (W)**

**Roles**:
**Contracting and Operations**:

- Execute MICE contracting and operational tasks as necessary, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to draft and finalize contracts in line with client requirements.
- Pitching and Proposal Development.
- Develop compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Handling Contracting for MICE Groups at domestic & international level.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to accurately cost MICE events and provide competitive pricing.

**Crisis Management**:

- Develop comprehensive crisis management plans for MICE events, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Act swiftly and decisively in response to crises, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to minimize impact and ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients.
- By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, you can ensure that client priorities for agency services in MICE are not only established and articulated but also met with excellence, driving desired business outcomes and fostering long-term client relationships.

**Financial Management**:

- Track project finances closely, ensuring timely billing and recovery of funds.
- Collaborate with finance teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to project payments.
- Provide regular financial reports to clients, demonstrating transparency and accountability.

**Client Brief Management**:

- Document and track client briefs using a centralized system for easy access and reference.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aware of client requirements and deadlines.
- Regularly update and communicate changes or updates to the client briefs.

**Complaint Handling and Escalation**:

- Develop a structured process for handling client complaints and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Approach complaints with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a formal yet understanding tone.
- Keep clients informed throughout the resolution process, providing regular updates until the issue is resolved satisfactorily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
