**Job Overview**:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing costs and ensuring the profitability of construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing estimates, budgets, and tender documents, as well as conducting cost analysis and risk assessments. Additionally, you will need to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects, while complying with industry regulations and quality standards.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze and evaluate project-related risks and provide recommendations
- Monitor project costs and promptly address any variances
- Conduct regular site visits and collaborate with project teams to ensure project progress and cost control
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract documentation
- Conduct price negotiations and provide contractual advice
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (BE Civil Engineering)
- Minimum of [3] years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and building codes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Autodesk Quantity Takeoff, CostX, or similar
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
