Job Title**:Field Sales Executive**
Location**:Dehradun, Uttarakhand**
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team in Dehradun. The primary responsibility is to acquire local merchants and onboard them to use our SecurePay payment gateway for collecting payments. This includes promoting QR codes, sound boxes, and other related payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach local merchants to sell QR codes and sound boxes.
Educate merchants about the benefits of SecurePay’s payment gateway and how it enhances their business transactions.
Onboard merchants by setting up their accounts and ensuring they are trained to use SecurePay for collecting payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular updates on field activities to the sales manager.
Gather market insights and provide feedback to the company on merchant needs and competitive trends.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during merchant onboarding.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven field sales experience, preferably in fintech, payment solutions, or related sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with the Dehradun market and local merchants is an advantage.
Own a two-wheeler for travel within the city.
