**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. As a Business Development Specialist - US, you will be responsible for building business relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth in the US market. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closure. You should be able to conduct market research, identify potential customers, prepare presentations and proposals, and draft contracts that align with TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd.'s service offerings and clients' requirements. You will work closely with the Leadership team and collaborate with cross-functional teams within TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Specialist in the US market for B2B services or solutions
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and increasing market share
- Ability to generate leads through multiple channels, referrals, and outbound sales techniques
- Experience in strategic marketing, consulting, or sales in a technology-based company
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a keen ability to deliver presentations and proposals that align with clients' requirements
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and meet deadlines
- Must have owned and delivered on SLAs and revenue targets as team member and/or individual contributor
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in directly managing US based customers and managing their expectations
- Must be performance driven with a sense of urgency on execution and customer delivery
- Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to work in the US time zones
