Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including the pantry, restrooms, and work areas.
- Ensure all office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
- Assist in the distribution of mail and packages.
- Run errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents to other departments.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings.
- Help with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the office.
- Provide support to colleagues as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an office boy or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
