**Roles and responsibilities**

**1. Administrative Support**:
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence to US clients.
Help in folder management as per the clients requirements.
This individual will help with typing up notes or reviewing notes.
Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can help create standardization across document storage and contact management.

**2. Confidentiality**:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

**3. Outsourcing experience**:
Payroll processing, annual filing
SOP making of new Payroll

**Skills -**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

**Requirements -**
Should be a graduate
1-3years of relevant experience
Knowledge of MS Office
Flexibility

Shift Timings - 1PM - 10PM
Working days - 5 days (Mon-Fri)

Location - Ahmedabad, Ashram Road.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
