**Sales Executive Job Responsibilities**:
We are into business of Hardware and Kitchen accessories, You have to travel to other states for sales and marketing activities, appoint new dealers and distributors, Increasing Sales, Build relationship with carpenters and fabricators, Field work in different cities and districts, Visit hardware and modular kitchen accessories dealers shop on regular basis to generate business.
- Perform sales activities like rolling out schemes and discounts, etc. with Dealers and Distributors and negotiate sales price in consultation with the CFO and CEO.
- Manage assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Create business opportunities by identifying suitable Dealers and Distributors and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with Dealers and Distributors; recommending solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare monthly reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information.
- Maintain quality service.
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- At least five (5) years of industry sales experience
- One to three years of management experience
- Strategic leadership ability

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
