Nclex Trainer

**Job Overview
- **The NCLEX Trainer helps nursing students and graduates prepare for the NCLEX exam by delivering engaging training sessions, developing course materials, and ensuring students are ready for success.

**Key Responsibilities
- **-Teach NCLEX prep courses and develop/upkeep training materials.
- Create a curriculum covering all NCLEX topics using diverse teaching methods (lectures, discussions, simulations).
- Administer and grade practice tests, providing feedback and personalized support to improve student progress.
- Stay updated on NCLEX standards and trends, adjusting training materials as needed.
- Track student performance and hold review sessions to reinforce key concepts.
- Collaborate with trainers and nursing professionals, offering guidance on test strategies and time management.

**Qualifications-**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing (BSN/MSN).
- Preferably NCLEX qualified.
- At least 1 year of NCLEX training experience.

**Skills-**:

- Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of NCLEX-RN content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles.
- Proficient in online teaching platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Motivational and supportive attitude toward students.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
