**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Welcome customers and offer personalized assistance in selecting jewelry pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s inventory, including diamonds, gold, and gemstones, to assist customers effectively.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional post-sales service, including follow-ups on custom orders, repairs, and customer satisfaction inquiries.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and organizing displays.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years in retail sales, with a preference for experience in jewelry sales.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Appearance**: Professional and well-groomed appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- **Customer-Focused**: A strong commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive working environment

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
