Admin and Operation Coordinator Intern

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- 1. Collect, Organize and maintenance of data.
2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data collection and entry.
3. Prepare and maintain basic reports as required by the departments.
4. Facility management.
5. Assist in organizing meetings, departmental events, and basic marketing/branding activities.
6. Perform basic administrative tasks.
7. HR assistance.
8. Maintain and update department records.
9. Provide general support to the departments as needed.
10. Track and monitor freelancer work hours, verify accuracy, and send detailed reports to the accounts department for processing.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal teams and freelancers.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
5. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Attention to detail—especially when checking reports and tracking freelancer work hours.
7. Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
