**Responsibilities**:

- Installation: Install new air conditioning systems, including ductwork, electrical wiring, and components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators. Ensure installations comply with manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks on air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This may include cleaning filters, inspecting coils, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, and troubleshooting potential issues.
- Repairs: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning air conditioning systems. Identify problems such as leaks, mechanical failures, electrical issues, or inadequate cooling/heating, and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers to address their inquiries, explain technical issues, and provide recommendations for improving air conditioning efficiency and comfort. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Training: Stay updated on advancements in air conditioning technology, tools, and techniques through ongoing training and professional development activities. Share knowledge and expertise with team members to enhance overall competency.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical training program in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) preferred.
- Relevant certification or license as an HVAC technician (e.g., EPA 608 certification, HVAC Excellence certification) may be required depending on local regulations.
- Proven experience working as an AC Technician or in a similar role, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and principles of operation.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex issues.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required for field service positions.
