**Primary Role Responsibilities & Deliverables**

Should have experience in the freight forwarding industry.

Will work as an account lead for the customer's operations from ex-India all locations?

Primary contact for all shippers supplying to the customer.

Manage and deliver daily operations plans for past, ongoing, and future shipments.

Coordinate with nominated carriers, share information with Control Tower/Network and ensure customer objectives are achieved.

Work with back-end teams to ensure all SOP compliances in regard to Ops, documentation and visibility systems are managed.

Work with the finance team to ensure timely billing and collection of outstanding from vendors/shippers.

Report design, generate and implement timely reports to give visibility to management team members.

At least 3-4 years managing export ocean freight shipments from India with exposure to documentation and operational process.

Active and participative Team Member

Ability to communicate effectively in English (Written & spoken formats)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
