Receptionist Travel Booking

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) for employees and executives.
- Manage and maintain travel records, itineraries, and necessary documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are tidy and presentable.
- Provide support in organizing company events or meetings, including venue booking and logistics.
- Assist with any additional travel-related services as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a **Receptionist** or **Travel Booking Agent** (or a similar role).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel booking software (if any).
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in travel coordination or booking for corporate clients.
- Familiarity with the cinema or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of travel management tools and platforms.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
