We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Field HR Recruiter to join our team. This role will primarily focus on recruiting staff, including delivery executives, picker-packers, loaders/unloaders ground coordinators, warehouse executives, and ground-level executives.

**About the Role**:

- Identifying right talent as per business requirement

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:

- Experience in Field Recruitment is a must.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong Database
- Knowledge of local language is required.
- Willingness and ability to continuously do field work.
