**Your role in our mission**:

- Ensure the compliance of the provisions of various laws applicable to the Company including the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules thereunder;
- Maintain all statutory and non-statutory registers, books, files, records etc of the Company;
- Ensure that the conduct of the administrative affairs of the Company is in compliance with provisions of various laws applicable to the Company;
- Make all requisite filings with the registrar of companies and under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999;
- Schedule and conduct meetings of the board of directors its committees and the shareholders of the
- Conse the Board of directors of the Company of their responsiblites, duties and legal obligations
- Represent the Company in front of various regulators and government departments as required;
- Act as a liaison between the Company and the stakeholders;
- Other duties as prescribed for the company secretary under applicable law or as assigned by the board of directors from time to time.

**What we're looking for**:

- Company Secretary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Zero or more years of experience in finance or accounting
- Experience working with organization policies and practices
- Experience working with administrative procedures and practices
- Healthcare domain(Medicaid or Medicare).
- Ability to start at short notice.
