Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing relevant vehicle options and information.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle makes and models, features, specifications, and available accessories.
- **Demonstrations and Test Drives**: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms of sale, including price, trade-in allowance, financing options, and warranties, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- **Documentation**: Complete all sales paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and dealership policies.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automobile industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- High school diploma required; additional education or certification in sales or automotive technology is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education: Any Degree (preferred)

Experience: 0 to 5 years in sales field
