- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Collaborate with other teams, like content and design service to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within our company (in-house roles).

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager min 1 year.
- Hands on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics. Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Must have good command over English ( Oral & Written).
- Excellent communication skills. Proficient with social media tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A certification in Marketing or relevant field is preferred.

Working hours
- You'll usually work normal office hours, 10 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Saturday. There might be opportunities for hybrid working - split between home and the office.
