Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bangalore

Reports to: CMO

**Salary**: up to 3.6 LPA

Expected DOJ: Immediate Joiner

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve issues or concerns.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support, as needed.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Continuously improve customer service skills through training and feedback.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 2 + experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude and presence of mind.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software or customer support platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support with service-related industry.
- Education of bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Knowledge for addressing customer queries which are form Product based industry.
