Inside Sales Executive Intern

**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Research and qualify leads to determine their suitability and level of interest in the company's products or services.
**Sales Outreach and Relationship Building**:
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to their needs.
**Sales Pitch and Consultative Selling**:
- Understand customers' pain points, challenges, and objectives to position the company's solutions effectively.
- Customize sales pitches and proposals to address specific customer needs and objections, emphasizing value propositions and ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, offering insights and recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
**Closing Deals and Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closure, negotiating terms and pricing to secure profitable contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.
**Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales manager and other team members to share best practices, strategies, and market insights.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
