Looking for a new Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations for all our restaurants. Executive Chef should have a minimum of 20 years of experience. Our kitchen operations are 100% a la carte. There is no banqueting work. The Exe Chef will be handling an approximate monthly sale of 2.2-2.5 Crores and a kitchen team of roughly 80 persons. Exe Chef will report to the GM and Director.
- Should have a Hotel Management background.
- Should be innovative and always working towards creating new dishes/menus.
- Should be a good trainer and leader for the team.
- Should be able to maintain consistency in the recipes and ingredients.
- Should have good communication skills so that he can meet guests/take their feedback/handle guest complaints.
- Should be technically savvy enough to be able to use a computer for day to day work.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Modern Indian Cuisine: 10 years (required)
