**Job Summary**:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships through strategic communication and data-driven decision-making. This role involves executing and optimizing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and using CRM software to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Develop personalized communication strategies based on customer segmentation and behavioral data.
- **Customer Segmentation**:

- Conduct customer segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure that each customer group receives relevant communications.
- Use segmentation and data analysis to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and drive customer retention.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Track, report, and measure CRM campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **CRM System Management**:

- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with IT and vendors to troubleshoot, customize, and optimize CRM systems.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Assist in developing strategies for customer loyalty programs, cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
- Use insights from CRM data to create personalized messages that improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM activities with broader company goals.
- Support training and development initiatives for the team regarding CRM tools and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in CRM, customer success, or marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
