- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IT products and services.
- Identify target markets and customer segments and create strategies to penetrate and expand within them.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics, and monitor progress regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
- Develop and manage the IT product and service marketing budget.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead and manage the IT sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and monitor their performance.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective presentations of IT solutions.
- Proven experience in IT sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and services.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
