As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, and ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all operational functions, including clinical operations, patient care, human resources, finance & accounting, marketing, and IT.
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan to expand the business, including opening new locations and exploring potential acquisitions.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of care.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across all departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, dentists, insurance companies, and vendors.
- Identify and implement new technologies and systems to enhance patient experience and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Partner with the CEO to establish the company vision, mission, and core values.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the dental industry, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and business growth.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically, develop long-term plans, and implement them effectively.
- A passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience in multi-location operations or corporate dental chains.
- Experience in developing and implementing new dental practices.
- Strong legal and regulatory knowledge of the dental industry.
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
